Jeremiah Bacon
A native of John’s Island, SC, Jeremiah grew up around traditional southern foods of the Lowcountry. After graduating from College of Charleston, he attended the Culinary Institute of America at Hyde Park. He then spent the next ten years in the kitchens around the Northeast before returning home to South Carolina. A believer in local-first cuisine, he is now the Executive Chef at The Macintosh on King Street in Charleston.
