Williams Guarantee

We stand behind our knives. All Williams Knives are guaranteed against any and all defects in material and workmanship of your knife and we will repair or replace it with a new Williams Knife, at our option. We also guarantee our knives to hold up against ordinary usage. If any of our knives fail under ordinary use, we will repair or replace it with a new Williams Knife, at our option. Any costs that may be associated with repairs or replacements will be reviewed and discussed with the customer on an individual case-by-case basis. Please note that aftermarket modifications done to your knife outside of our shop that cause your knife to fail may void your warranty.
