The Cold Steel Tequila Cocktail

The Cold Steel Tequila Cocktail

A Winter Añejo Cocktail for Cold Nights

Winter has a way of stripping things back. Fewer words. Fewer distractions. Just cold air, steady hands, and the things you actually trust. A good knife. A heavy glass. A spirit that doesn’t need help to stand on its own.

That’s where The Cold Steel comes in. And it pairs perfectly with our all-new Heritage Series Glide Folder. Grab yours here.

Built around La Caza Añejo, this cocktail is simple, warming, and deliberate. Tequila. Fresh lemon. Bitters. Nothing sweet to soften the edges. Nothing extra to get in the way.

It’s the kind of drink you make when the fire’s already lit and the night isn’t in a hurry.

Why Añejo Belongs in Winter

Añejo tequila carries weight. Oak. Vanilla. Soft smoke. The kind of depth that shows up best when temperatures drop and flavors have room to breathe.

This recipe doesn’t mask the spirit.
It sharpens it.

Much like a knife that’s meant to be used, not babied.

By the Fire

This is a late-night drink.

Boots by the door. Jacket still on the chair. The Heritage Series Glide Folder 6.5” laid open on the table.

Same philosophy.
Different tools.
One standard.

Cheers, y'all.
