Can you engrave or personalize my knife? If so, how much does it cost?
Yes, your knife can include personalization/etching. The cost of personalization is $25. You can fill out your personalization option when you place your order. All returns are void on etched/personalized knives
How long will it take to receive my product?
Since each knife is custom-made by hand, there is currently about a 30 to 90-day turn-around time. For the latest estimate, please reach out to us about your order via our contact page.
Where can I purchase your knives?
You can purchase Williams Knife Co. products at any of the listed retailers. You can also use the online store to place an order.
What woods are available?
Almost any kind of wood you can imagine! If you don’t see the wood you want in the drop down option during checkout, let us know and we can tell you if it’s available. You can see some examples of different woods here.
What is the policy on returned products?
We thrive on delivering quality products to every customer. If you are unsatisfied with any Williams Knife product upon receiving it, please contact us to discuss a resolution. Products returned damaged or broken will be repaired at a reasonable cost. For the most accurate information on returns for specific orders, please contact us directly.
What's the best way to handle/care for my knife or other WKC product?
We strive to provide the highest-quality products for our customers, and in return, we encourage our customers to care properly for their WKC products to maximize their functionality and use. All knives are to be handwashed (do not wash in dishwasher). For damascus blades, rub on light oil and then buff to shine. For wood handles, boards, and spoons, use tung oil or butcher block oil, and then buff to shine.
