          - Congaree, $400: The Congaree, a timeless Santoku knife, is a workhorse in meal preparation. Made of ATS-34 stainless steel, it is half part slicing machine and half efficient chopper. It will handle most cutting tasks and create envy with its sleek lines. Its overall length is 10.75”; blade is 6”.

          - Tugaloo, $250: The Tugaloo is a small pairing knife made of ATS-34 stainless steel. It is useful with fruits and vegetables and cleaning meat for the grill. Its overall length is 7.5”; blade is 3.5”.

In addition to these standout kitchen knives, Williams Knife Co. also offers a variety of handcrafted wooden spoons created for Williams Knife Co. by Quisenberry Kitchen Tools. The wooden spoons come in three styles – the Roux spoon, the Plantation spoon and the Grits spoon. Spoons are available in four types of wood, including: hard maple, burnet cherry, cherry and madras. Spoons begin at $49.

Williams Knife Co. also offers handcrafted cutting boards that feature an alternating checkerboard pattern described as countertop artwork. The orientation of the fibers in the end grain cutting board allows the wood grains to open up to accept the knife edge, which makes them easier on the knife. When the edge is off the board, the grains close back through a self-healing process.
