When it comes to golf’s greatest traditions, the Masters Tournament is just downright the best. From green jackets to blooming azaleas, it’s a Southern rite of spring — and there’s no better way to toast it than with a cocktail in hand. Traditionally, the Azalea is a mix of vodka, lemonade, and grenadine — but down here, we do things a little differently.

This year, we’re swapping spirits and sharpening the edge with a tequila-based version that’s just as vibrant and dangerously smooth. Made with La Caza Tequila, this cocktail leans bright, fresh, and just a little wild. Whether you’re watching the leaderboard or firing up the grill after 18 holes, this one’s a winner.

The Tequila Azalea

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz La Caza Blanco Tequila (seriously, go getcha a bottle NOW)

  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice

  • ½ oz simple syrup

  • 1 bar spoon (or 1 tsp) maraschino cherry juice

  • Maraschino cherry for garnish

  • Lemon wheel (optional, but not really)

Instructions:

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.

  2. Add tequila, lemon juice, simple syrup, and cherry juice.

  3. Shake well until chilled.

  4. Strain into a chilled glass over ice.

  5. Garnish with a maraschino cherry (and a lemon wheel if you're feeling fancy).

Bright pink in color and sharp in flavor, this cocktail carries the same Southern charm as the original — but with a little more kick.

A Knife for Every Occasion

Just like our blades, this drink is all about precision and balance. Whether you're getting ready to carve that Easter ham next weekend, or cracking open a cold one after the round, make sure your Williams Knife is close by. Cheers to good spirits, good company, and good craftsmanship.
