Cleaned 30 Birds

Very Sharp, blade profile amazing for fowl. Cleaned mallards, geese, woodies, and it did a great job. Before this, I actually liked using a pocket knife, but the blade profile is similar and with the fixed blade it’s easier to clean.

Great knife

I was impressed when I opened the box it came in. Blade material is excellent. I researched the steel they. Feels great in the hand and the grip when wet it sticks in the hand. It arrived sharpe which I appreciate. Also like the sheath and the adjustable clip that I can adjust it where and how I like to carry it. That was a great surprise when so many knife makers charge extra for a clip let alone an adjustable clip. Overall great quality and I’m looking forward to using it! Please keep up the great work!

Bird Knife vs The Whitetail Skinner

I purchased the Whitetail Skinner last deer season. The knife worked fantastic as I field dressed my biggest buck ever. Sharp and balance the knife held its edge and completed the task efficiently.

I then had to have the Bird Knife. A smaller version of the Whitetail Skinner but the same quality. Both knives have replaced the dozen others brands that I have purchased in the past. Way to go Williams, you have set a new standard in precision hunting steel. Thank you
