The Carver

The Williams Carver was born out of necessity for a myriad of cutting tasks a long straight blade can only accomplish. Whether it’s slicing against the grain of a slow cooked brisket, thin cuts of fresh tuna for sashimi or gliding through a juicy turkey on Thanksgiving Day, The Carver is the answer. This knife packs a 15.25” overall length with a 9.5” cutting edge into a tool that can trim big cuts of beef just as good as it can break down big fish from the sea. And weighing only 10 ounces, it’s going to feel very comfortable no matter the task. Its design affords long, thin slicing with uniformity in mind. The Elmax steel used in the construction of The Carver features all the high end qualities of the latest industry super steels, featuring long lasting edge retention, ease of sharpening and reliable corrosion resistance with reasonable care. Each Carver comes with a molded kydex sleeve for blade protection during storage and safety during travel. The Black and Gray models come with a black kydex and the Seafoam and White models come with a tan kydex.
